Product Marketing Manager

Requirements:
 
  • University degree in Social sciences
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of marketing 
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency in computer skills
  • Knowledge in payment procedures, replacement of expiry products, HR procedures related to the daily routine work, Code of business ethics
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively
  • Detail oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, over-time work, team work oriented, action oriented
  • Capability for regular, optimal planning and execution of the working assignments, and suddenly assigned tasks with high degree of priority and importance
  • Comfortable and accurate in working with data and numbers
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for recognizing talents and preparing right development plans
  • Defines clear team goals and success factors
  • Encourages team work and uses individual potentials for reaching one common goal
  • Communicates openly and honestly with confidence when difficult issues are in question
  • Uses financials analyses for strategy formulation
  • Understands the meaning of key financial indicators and uses the knowledge in decision making
  • Takes budget efficiency and RGM in decision making
  • Regularly follows up, analyses and interprets data and incorporates the insights into final decisions
  • Sets high standards, is result oriented and stimulates others to have high standard performance
  • Uses multiple sources and available resources to achieve company objectives and to manage portfolio strategy
  • Puts portfolio strategy as highest priority and manages brand milestones to achieve portfolio goals
  • Takes constructive action in difficult situations and handles conflicts in positive manner
  • Uses market trends, available researches and industry updates to transform data into valuable insights and implements the insights into right strategies
  • Predicts brand and industry trends and tries to accommodate these trends into portfolio objectives
  • Encourages diverse thinking and promotes innovation culture
  • Sets innovation as one of the core pillars to grow portfolio
  • Stimulates creativity and new ways of thinking
  • Understands customer needs and puts customer’s needs as one of the key decision factors
  • Actively goes on market visits and meets customers
  • Actively participates in interdepartmental meetings and aligns with all departments before taking final actions
  • Coordinates and aligns marketing agencies and promotes good partnership relationships 
  • Navigates complexity and has clear understanding of other departments priorities
