Key Account Manager

Audio / Video Devices

 

Requirements:
 
  • strong sales and/or account management experience
  • experience in sales of various technical goods – audio-video products is highly preferred
  • good knowledge of the local retail market
  • fluency in English and PC literacy are prerequisites
  • strong customer orientation, well developed organization, communication and negotiation skills
  • analytical and strategic thinker with pro-active approach and problem solving attitude

 

Responsibilities:

  • sales increase and achievement of the set sales targets with dedicated accounts 
  • initiating and maintaining long-term customer relations with key accounts with the aim to improve relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • analysis of the account profiles and potentials and negotiations of the annual contracts per account
  • planning of sales and promotional activities and pricing policies
  • sales forecasting to ensure optimized product availability
  • coordination of advertising and promotional activities
  • providing product and performance trainings and sell out solutions to the customers
  • monitoring stock level and display share at customers
  • analysis of the sales performance based on predefined KPIs and improve accordingly
  • continuous analysis of the market trends and competitor activities and providing suggestions for improvements and appropriate response to changing sales conditions
  • daily coordination and cooperation with internal departments in order to meet the requirements of the customers 
  • regular reporting to management
