E-commerce Manager

  • University degree
  • Min. 5 years’ experience in the field of e-commerce preferably in IT, digital companies and banking
  • Strong retail and/or e-commerce merchandising/sales background
  • Leadership experience setting e-commerce strategies and plans 
  • English language – fluent
  • Proven expertise driving key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, average order, customer engagement, acquisition) across all channels
  • Experience building teams and leading multiple direct reports
  • In-depth knowledge of site management, digital marketing, social media connections, and campaigning
  • Deep knowledge of digital capabilities and approaches to drive growth, customer care and operations across the enterprise
  • Knowledge of digital toolsets for growth and care including digital marketing, social media tools, bots, VR etc.,
  • Passionate focus on the customer, always viewing activities through the customer lens 
  • Collaborative leader who will partner across the organization to identify, influence, and implement new and improved solutions
  • Deep knowledge of customer journey mapping and journey analytics
  • Customer insights and analytics development capabilities, including data modeling to identify key stories and opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to form strong business relationships across all functions
  • Build close cross-functional relationships with merchandising, marketing, information technology, and logistics 
  • Develop the digital capabilities for the mobile line of business across all functions and customer journey stages 
  • Development of digital campagnies and new digital services for clients
  • Work with the digital leaders to develop a market by market roll-out plan of the digital capabilities
  • Define the detailed methodology for digital development, working with other digital strategy and company’s digital leaders
  • Work with other digital leaders and select Journey discovery, analytics and orchestration tool and drive implementation
